Tomato Sauce
Quick Red Sauce (GF) Ingredients: Two 28 oz cans of whole tomatoes (Cento San Marzano preferred) 1 large bin (about 16 oz) white mushrooms, rough cut 3 cups water 6–8 garlic cloves 2 fresh basil leaves ½ cup olive oil Sea salt to taste Directions: 1. Prepare the Mushroom Broth In a pot, bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Add rough-cut mushrooms and cook for 30–45 minutes , reducing liquid to about 1 cup. 2. Sauté the Garlic In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium-low heat


Sweet & Smokey Dry Rub
Dry Rub (GF) Ingredients: ¼ cup smoked honey sea salt (or coarse sea salt) *sub in 1/4 tsp liquid smoke ¼ cup garlic powder ¼ cup onion powder 1 tbsp. ground cumin 1 tbsp. dried oregano 3 cups light brown sugar 1 cup finely ground coffee (dehydrated grounds) 1 tbsp. baking powder Directions: 1.
