šŸ— Crispy Baked Chicken Wings

with Hunt’n Buddy All Purpose Seasoning

Ingredients:

• 2–3 lbs chicken wings (party wings, separated)

• ¼ cup all-purpose flour

• 3 tablespoons baking powder (aluminum-free recommended)

Instructions:

1. Preheat Prep:

• In a large bowl, whisk together:

• Flour

• Baking powder

• Hunt’n Buddy seasoning

2. Coat the Wings:

• Pat wings dry with paper towels.

• Toss wings in the flour-seasoning mixture until well coated.

• Lay wings on a parchment-lined baking sheet OR place them in a stainless steel bowl.

3. Tackiness Phase:

• Cover with plastic wrap.

• Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until the coating looks tacky and slightly wet.

4. Bring to Room Temp:

• Remove wings from the fridge and let sit for 20–30 minutes.

5. Bake:

• Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

• Bake wings for 45 minutes.

• Flip wings, and bake for an additional 45 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

• Internal temp should be 165°F+.

6. Rest:

• Remove wings and place on a cooling rack for 5 minutes before serving.

• Fry in tallow, coconut oil, or peanut oil until crispy & cooked through.

• Grill on medium-high BBQ heat, turning occasionally.

• Smoke at 225°F until crisp (approx. 90–120 min).

• Blackstone Griddle: Heat with heavy olive oil until hot, reduce to medium, and cook wings on both sides until crispy and golden.

• For extra crispy skin, don’t overcrowd the pan or griddle.

• Serve with ranch, hot sauce, or a drizzle of honey for sweet-heat balance.

• Leftovers? Re-crisp in the oven at 400°F for 10–12 min.
