š Crispy Baked Chicken Wings
with Huntān Buddy All Purpose Seasoning

⢠2ā3 lbs chicken wings (party wings, separated)
⢠¼ cup all-purpose flour
⢠3 tablespoons baking powder (aluminum-free recommended)
⢠4 tablespoons Huntān Buddy All Purpose Seasoning

Instructions:
1. Preheat Prep:
⢠In a large bowl, whisk together:
⢠Flour
⢠Baking powder
⢠Huntān Buddy seasoning
2. Coat the Wings:
⢠Pat wings dry with paper towels.
⢠Toss wings in the flour-seasoning mixture until well coated.
⢠Lay wings on a parchment-lined baking sheet OR place them in a stainless steel bowl.
3. Tackiness Phase:
⢠Cover with plastic wrap.
⢠Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until the coating looks tacky and slightly wet.
4. Bring to Room Temp:
⢠Remove wings from the fridge and let sit for 20ā30 minutes.
5. Bake:
⢠Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
⢠Bake wings for 45 minutes.
⢠Flip wings, and bake for an additional 45 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
⢠Internal temp should be 165°F+.
6. Rest:
⢠Remove wings and place on a cooling rack for 5 minutes before serving.

⢠Fry in tallow, coconut oil, or peanut oil until crispy & cooked through.
⢠Grill on medium-high BBQ heat, turning occasionally.
⢠Smoke at 225°F until crisp (approx. 90ā120 min).
⢠Blackstone Griddle: Heat with heavy olive oil until hot, reduce to medium, and cook wings on both sides until crispy and golden.
