š Gluten-Free Margherita Pizza
Classic Neapolitan flavor with a gluten-free twist ā crisp edges, tender center, and that wood-fired kiss.
Ingredients:
1 cup crushed tomatoes
8 oz fresh mozzarella
2oz of salt
Fresh basil leaves
Extra olive oil for drizzling
Instructions:
Preheat oven to max temp (preferably wood-fired at 700°F+ oven at 450-500).
Shape, top with sauce, cheese, and basil.
Bake until crust browns and cheese bubbles. Serve hot!
