š Italian Antipasto Pizza

Ingredients:
Gluten-free pizza dough
½ cup shredded mozzarella or provolone
Salami, pepperoni, capicola, mortadella (your selection)
Sliced olives
Sliced cherry tomatoes or banana peppers
Crumbled feta or goat cheese
Shredded lettuce (after baking)
Drizzles: balsamic glaze + ranch or creamy dressing
Instructions:
Roll out dough and top with mozzarella or provolone.
Add olives and cherry tomatoes/peppers.
Layer with thin slices of cured meats.
Bake at 475°F for 10ā12 minutes.
After baking, add shredded lettuce and drizzle with balsamic glaze and ranch.
Slice and serve immediately.
