Ingredients:

  • Gluten-free pizza dough

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella or provolone

  • Salami, pepperoni, capicola, mortadella (your selection)

  • Sliced olives

  • Sliced cherry tomatoes or banana peppers

  • Crumbled feta or goat cheese

  • Shredded lettuce (after baking)

  • Drizzles: balsamic glaze + ranch or creamy dressing

Instructions:

  1. Roll out dough and top with mozzarella or provolone.

  2. Add olives and cherry tomatoes/peppers.

  3. Layer with thin slices of cured meats.

  4. Bake at 475°F for 10–12 minutes.

  5. After baking, add shredded lettuce and drizzle with balsamic glaze and ranch.

  6. Slice and serve immediately.
